August 2018 Goals

go to the gym 10 times
- 10k steps 5+ days a week
- lose 5 lbs
- strength training 2x week
- only eat out once a week
-cook 1 new thing a week
- start cleaning out the guest bedroom
- sell remainder of storage unit
-work on organizing (personal and professional)
- read one book, start to finish
- find one new album to fall in love with
- schedule dentist/doctors appointment

- get a budget pinned down
- dance more, laugh more, worry less
