January 2020 Goals



January 2020 Goals
- Lose 2 pounds.
- Do new measurements.
- New progress photos.
- Go to the gym at least 20 times.
- Weight training - twice a week.
- Take 30 minutes a day to just sit and be.  Read, write, meditate.  30 minutes a day for me.
- Say "I love you" more often, and mean it.
- Finish 1 new book.
- Sort through clothes.  Donate, sell, trash.
- Learn to love the silence, sometimes.
- Get a pedicure.
- Have the most excellent, kick-ass time in Jamaica.  Try not to poop myself during meet & greets.
